I chose this hotel for our team retreat and it provided the privacy and rest we needed after a long day of work. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive to our needs.

The one service that we missed for our work was a reliable and fast internet connection. It was a bit frustrating trying to get work done with the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi.

The pool area is clean too. The rooms with toilet water spray. Quick check-in, very helpful employees.

The hotel's position was particularly good and perfect, far away from tourist areas.

Tidy, luxurious units provided with tea, all necessary conveniences plus the bathroom. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is great with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me great recommendations for places to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities I needed during my stay. I especially appreciated the in-room safe and mini-bar for my convenience.

The room is reasonably large and airy and essentials you need, including central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television, is right there.

The location was favourable and perfect: shopping centers and a supermarket were within walking distance. All of the staff were very very helpful.

We arrived early and were given our room immediately. Mr. Mahmoud and Bayan were very cooperative. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good breakfast with many varieties. Staff went out of their way to serve our needs. Contains facilities like gem, health club, terrace restaurant, and coffee shop.
